- If someone you are chatting with asks for your membership number or passcode, end the conversation immediately and press 0 to contact Customer Service.
- Regularly check your membership balance for any unfamiliar activity. If you notice anything unusual, contact our 24-hour Customer Service line at 1-888-907-0202.
- YummyVibe representatives will request your passcode only when you contact Customer Service for assistance. If anyone within the chat line asks for it, report the incident by pressing 0.
What About My Computer?
Once emails or account information reach your computer, it is important to keep that data secure. For example, if you change your passcode online, we may send a confirmation email that contains sensitive information.
To protect your computer and personal data, follow these recommended security practices:
- Do not leave your computer unattended while logged into YummyVibe.
- Always log out of your account and close your browser after finishing your session.
